About four years ago I was diagnosed with hypertension. My blood pressure when uncontrolled would escalate to dangerous levels. That was part of the reason that I chose to get out of the policing business. One of the side effects of hypertension and high cholesterol is erectile dysfunction (E.D.) A female client, age 48, was in extreme pain from inflammation of the sciatic nerve. When I first saw her she could barely walk or stand up straight. Instead she would crawl in her apartment.
